This tour was exactly what you’d expect. We were picked up at a public bus stop, so if you have the opportunity to book in advance, I’d highly recommend requesting pick up at your hotel/airbnb. We were given a half hour window to wait outside in sub-zero temperatures. The staff was perfunctory and a little short with clients… responded to pick up request with “unfortunately” and another time “you didn’t read the instructions” which we had and the information was not in the Airbnb description. So if you do this tour, bring your ID. The information was recorded and drunk guests were talking so it was hard to hear. The guide was informative and although blunt, patient with wrangling guests. We saw the northern lights. We learned how to manage our phones and in the end the objectives were achieved. The bus was nicely equipped and warm. So overall, not a half bad experience, but between rowdy guests and a host on the limit it wasn’t the warm and fun experience you would hope for. Read Less

I would consider other tours if possible. The transportation was safe but the time went over an additional couple of hours.

Incredible trip! Maggi was super knowledgable, excited and enthusiastic which made our viewing amazing. He would quickly ask us to jump out of the bus if he spotted a show and it was breathtaking. The lights were completely gorgeous and I would have loved to stay out longer. Our group were definitely very cold and I would highly recommend ski gear if you feel the cold.He isn’t kidding when he says your personal experience with your eyes is nothing like your photographs - it’s so difficult to capture, and seeing it is magical.Thank you Maggi for your patience with our cold gang! Wow! That's all I can say. Not only did our guide Magnus ("call me Maggi") strike out in a different direction than most of the other guides that night, but he took us to not one, but two, locations where we saw the Lights. The second stop provided us with a breathtaking dome-like light show from horizon to horizon. The small van was warm and just the right size. I will never forget that night! Read Less

I kept my expectations low, knowing seeing the lights wasn’t guaranteed, which would have been a chore considering the time and the cold weather but man, was it worth the risk! We loved our Aurora hunt. The agent was very flexible and accomodating as we had to quarantine for one day and had to delay the tour for one day, while we waited our negative result. We were picked up on time, as specified on the email and our driver, 3M, went above and beyond to ensure our group got to see the Northern Lights, although the weather was not the friendliest from the start. We managed to see the lights in 3 différént locations. Magnus also took some really beautiful pictures, when we found the lights, to keep these memories alive in our mind ❤️ thank you so much for the experience! Read Less
