Please carefully review the following terms and conditions before booking with us. By using our services, you agree to these terms, including our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Travel Insurance Recommendation

We strongly advise all travelers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance in their home country to cover potential losses due to unforeseen circumstances before or during their journey. This is particularly important as it may cover medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost luggage, and other unexpected events.

Cancellation Policy for Small Group Day Tours

If You Cancel:

• A 10% non-refundable confirmation fee applies for cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure will be charged the full tour price.

If We Cancel:

• If we cancel your tour due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund.

Northern Lights Tour:

• If we cancel a Northern Lights tour due to weather or other uncontrollable factors, you will receive a full refund.
• However, this does not apply to customers who have already joined a previous Northern Lights tour.
• We do not offer refunds for tours where the Northern Lights were not visible after the first attempt or any subsequent attempts, as this is a natural phenomenon beyond our control.

Cancellation Policy for Private Day Tours

If You Cancel:

• Cancellations made more than 10 days before the scheduled tour are eligible for a refund, minus a 10% non-refundable confirmation fee.
• Cancellations made between 10 days and 48 hours before the tour will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are non-refundable.

If We Cancel:

• If we cancel your private tour due to weather or other uncontrollable circumstances, you will receive a full refund.

Booking Modifications and Cancellations

To modify or cancel your booking, please email us at hello@enjoyicelandtours.com with your full name, booking reference number, and request details.

We do not charge for changing or rearranging your booking, but costs may vary depending on the new tour details.

Reducing the number of passengers in a booking is considered a partial cancellation and will be treated accordingly.

Liability and Safety

Enjoy Iceland Tours is not liable for any loss, damage, accidents, injuries, or illness during your tour. This also includes any changes to your itinerary due to weather, strikes, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

We reserve the right to modify routes, schedules, and itineraries as needed due to weather conditions, road closures, or other uncontrollable factors to ensure the safety of our guests.

All our tours comply with Icelandic safety regulations, including vehicle maintenance, driver training, and emergency protocols.

Booking and Seat Reservations

Seats are not guaranteed unless reserved at least one day before the scheduled departure.

We offer child and youth discounts for one child per adult.

Pickup and drop-off services are available at select Reykjavik locations. Please check https://www.busstop.is for pickup points if staying in private accommodations.

Refunds and Currency

All prices are listed in Icelandic Krona (ISK) and refunds are issued in the same currency.

Enjoy Iceland Tours is not responsible for currency exchange fluctuations from the time of booking to the time of refund.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days, in accordance with European consumer protection laws.

Data Privacy and GDPR Compliance

We respect your privacy and handle your data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your personal information will only be used for booking management and communication purposes, unless you provide explicit consent for other uses.
